I understand that in conjunction with my association with the Michigan Economic Justice Fellowship and my participation in the fellowship program, I may from time to time observe, learn, be provided, or have access to personal, confidential, and proprietary information concerning partner organizations and their campaigns, fellowship participants, trainers, and special guest.
Such information may include, but is not limited to, individuals' written notes, documents, and publications; and verbal communications concerning intellectual property (including innovative ideas, strategies, or organizations), personal finances, personal and political relationships, policy views, political correspondence, skills, weaknesses, or other private information.
I agree that all the aforesaid information shall be treated by me in the strictest of confidence. Accordingly, I agree and that I will not divulge to any their party such confidential information or any other information that may be personally or politically damaging to any other participant.
I understand that this agreement is only in effect during events, workshops, trainings, coaching sessions, forums, conferences, and meetings specifically organized or associated with the Michigan Economic Justice Fellowship program. I further understand that all events, workshops, trainings, coaching sessions, forums, conferences, and meetings that are explicitly associated with the Michigan Economic Justice Fellowship program are confidential and that I should feel comfortable expressing y political opinions and personal views, without apprehension about any immediate or future consequence. However, I understand that this agreement does not apply to information that is observed or learned outside of EJAM sanctioned events, workshops, trainings, coaching sessions, forums, conferences, or meetings.
I further agree that upon completion of my participation in the Michigan Economic Justice Fellowship program, I shall continue to be bound by this agreement.
I understand that a breach of this agreement, either during or after my participation in the Michigan Economic Justice Fellowship program, may result in dismissal from the Fellowship and/or exclusion from the Fellowship alumni community or future EJAM activities.
I understand the terms herein are contractual and not a mere recital; that I have informed myself of the contests of this affirmation by reading it before I signed it; and that I have signed it as my own free will.
In witness whereof, I have executed this affirmation.
